Squak Mountain

The Squak Mountain Subarea is characterized by existing single family development located on the northern slope of Squak Mountain. Development in this subarea is fairly recent as most of the single family homes were built over the last twenty years. Careful planning has been used to retain the existing trees and other types of vegetation on the hillside.

In the future, the remaining platted vacant lots will continue to be built out with the same overall character as the surrounding area and in accordance with the Critical Areas Regulations. Large unplatted parcels of land will most likely be platted and built as residential units over the next twenty years.
